Development of MercuryCMS is ongoing. There are many new features still to be implemented and many existing features to be improved.
Here's a short list of some upcoming features in no particular order:
- Form builder including multi-step Forms that support Templating
- Event Queue that allows you to send emails, SMS messages, and trigger other events due to Form submissions, Page visits, Schedules, or other user interactions
- PWA functionality including service workers, installable apps, offline capability, and native OS notifications
- Many new SEO features including Google My Business support, maps integration, knowledge graph, schema.org, etc.
- Media manipulation including rotate, crop, watermark, remove transparency, remove audio from videos, and more
- Custom automated Audit step for ensuring perfect SEO, accessibility, and brand compliance
- Version history with ability to roll back Layouts, Pages, Collections, and Components
- Integrated font support and caching
- Insert Component functionality that allows you to set attributes for a Component used on a Page via a dialog box as well as autocomplete for Component names and attributes
- Direct Google Analytics 4 integration to track traffic, user sessions, and user interactions
- Realtime collaborative editing using web sockets
#Bug Reports and Feature Requests
MercuryCMS has shipped a lot of very complex features in a very short time. There may be bugs.
